Service Satisfaction

We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your tailored garments. If you are not happy with the fit or quality of our work, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your completed garment to discuss adjustments or corrections.

Adjustments and Corrections

If a garment does not meet the agreed specifications or requires adjustments due to our error, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional charge. Please bring the garment back to our studio for assessment, and we will schedule a fitting to address any issues.

Adjustments requested due to changes in your preferences or measurements after the initial fitting may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Refund Policy

Given the custom nature of tailoring services, refunds are generally not available once work has been completed. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues through adjustments or corrections.

In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to complete the work as agreed or if there is a significant error on our part, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. Such cases will be evaluated individually.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before any work has commenced may be eligible for a full refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.

If work has already begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed to date, materials used, and any costs incurred.

Garment Pickup

Completed garments should be picked up within 30 days of completion. We will notify you when your garment is ready. If a garment is not collected within 90 days, we reserve the right to charge storage fees or dispose of the garment in accordance with applicable laws.
